The Unlimited OPEN WEEK 14-Week Membership is $59.95pw (was $69.95pw, save $10 per week).
The Part Time 2-Sessions Per Week OPEN WEEK Membership is $39.95pw. Credits never expire.
After the initial 12 weeks, both membership options (Unlimited and Part Time) roll to no-lock-in membership contracts. 4 weeks notice is to cancel after the minimum term. To cancel at the 12 week mark, cancellation notice must be given at the 8 week mark.
ATÓRA Training is a group delivered, performance based strength and conditioning training program.
You'll work with barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and your own bodyweight to develop full body strength. You'll work with aerobic Erg machines, including SkiErg, RowErg, BikeErg, Echo Bike and free running to develop aerobic fitness.
ATÓRA Training coaches are experts in adapting our training system around individual mobilities and abilities.
We regularly work with our members to work around recurring injuries and encourage our members to learn to work around their injuries and maintain their fitness routine.
